Convinced for many years that balanced working of the soil is a necessity, Ginestet has adopted certain strong commitments in particular by giving pride of place to partnerships operating properties under the Integrated Management certification.

This move reflects the continuity of our traditions, and the close relationship between a wine which is the result of a rigorous selection of our finest produce, and a new design which is both traditional and modern, created using the very latest printing technology.

The Maison Ginestet has created this Cuvée Reserve in order to match gustative and aesthetic pleasures. Ginestet winemarkers have vinified, aged and blended a selection of different cuvees of our Châteaux from the Ginestet Quality Charter. "Ginestet Reserve" embodies the Ginestet philosophy : selection, skill and passion.

The technical and aesthetic characteristics of the bottle contribute to the popularity of the Mascaron par Ginestet range. The wine proposed today is a red Bordeaux selected from Ginestet’s best vinifications thanks to the latest oenological techniques.

This sumptuous range of Bordeaux wines produced by Ginestet boasts a unique manufacturing procedure. It culminates in the forging of a glass seal on the shoulder of the bottle. A combination of respect for the traditions of the glass-makers of the past, combined with the historical richness of “Burdigala” (the ancient name of Bordeaux), makes this wine a true labour of love !

Harvested in four parcels, having been meticulously cultivated on gravely day soil, Référence de Ginestet is produced according to traditional wine-making methods : long maceration (28 days) with a controlled temperature before being matured for 14 months in new french oak barrels.
